Det kan v\u00e6re en utfordring \u00e5 holde motivasjonen oppe p\u00e5 vinteren og det enkleste for meg ble \u00e5 p\u00e5 nytt melde meg p\u00e5 Bislett 50k i slutten av februar. Selv om bane er noe jeg ikke liker spesielt, tror jeg det er det viktig \u00e5 trene hodet like mye som alt annet. En annen grunn til at jeg deltar er at jeg har fokusert mer p\u00e5 intervaller og fart i vinterm\u00e5nedene og dette blir mer eller mindre ett lite testl\u00f8p p\u00e5 hvordan denne treningen har g\u00e5tt.<\/p>\n

Jeg gikk p\u00e5 en smell i fjor med sub 4 timer som m\u00e5lsetning. Beina holdt i 30+ k i fjor hvor quadriceps var den store svakheten utover i l\u00f8pet. I \u00e5r kj\u00f8rte jeg med vilje en knallt\u00f8ff \u00f8kt<\/a> to uker f\u00f8r l\u00f8pet for \u00e5 forberede l\u00e5ra p\u00e5 julingen de skulle f\u00e5. 12 nedoverbakkeintervaller p\u00e5 rundt 2 minutter ble kj\u00f8rt i full spiker. Gikk rundt 36 timer f\u00f8r det kjentes godt, og jeg var ikke “normal” igjen f\u00f8r rundt en uke etter.<\/p>\n

Dro inn til Oslo fredag ettermiddag med Kai p\u00e5 toget. Fant fram til hotellet og tok meg en enkel pizza og ett glass r\u00f8dvin til middag. Sov godt og gjorde sm\u00e5tingene klare f\u00f8r start. Vi gikk den korte distansen opp til bislett, hentet startnummer og fant oss ett bord i endel av langesonen. P\u00e5 vei bortover sonen var det mange som tydligvis skulle b\u00e5de spise og drikke mye i l\u00f8p av de 4 timene de hadde til r\u00e5dighet i f\u00f8rste pulje. For min del hadde jeg klart to 0,5l softflasker med Winforce med en gel tapet til. Med p\u00e5fyll av ett glass cola eller to og en bit banan hadde ihvertfall jeg nok.<\/p>\n

Planen min var ganske enkelt ett 3:50 skjema, med faste 2:30 runder hvor jeg skulle holde s\u00e5 lenge jeg klarte og ha noen minutter \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 i slutten. Kai viste ikke helt hva han skulle g\u00e5 for, s\u00e5 han slengte seg p\u00e5 halen min og ble det til rundt halvveis. Etter det hadde han en dalene kurve og endre opp litt over 4 timer.<\/p>\n

Det var ganske deilig \u00e5 passere runde etter runde, 2:30 p\u00e5 2:30 uten at det egentlig kjentes s\u00e5 grusomt fort ut og pulsen var p\u00e5 ett relativt lavt niv\u00e5. Sammenlignet med \u00e5ret f\u00f8r, l\u00e5 jeg rundt 10 slag mindre hele veien, foruten slutten hvor jeg i \u00e5r klarte \u00e5 \u00f8ke farten (og pulsen) mens det ifjor var motsatt.<\/p>\n

Passerte maraton p\u00e5 3:16 og fikk med det senket person p\u00e5 distansen jeg aldri har l\u00f8pt med 7 minutter. Etter maraton hadde jeg fremdeles mer igjen p\u00e5 tanken og \u00f8kt farten til jeg p\u00e5 siste runden klarte \u00e5 spurte fra langesonen og inn. Etter m\u00e5lgang kom krampene og jeg hadde store problemer med \u00e5 holde meg p\u00e5 beina, krampene kranglet om hvilke som skulle f\u00e5 ta tak, men etter noen minutter fikk jeg stabbet meg bort til langesonen og lagt meg p\u00e5 kjukkasen ved drikkebordene.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
